Rates & Policies

Ranch house
$310 per night for 2 people (additional $15/night for each extra person up to a max of 10 people.)  2 night minimum.  Children welcome!  If you stay 4 or more nights you'll receive a 10% discount.  Advance deposit with credit card of first night's rate required to guarantee reservation.
ATVs
If you have your own ATV, the trail rate is $20 per day per ATV during your stay at the ranch.  If you have your own mountain bikes, you are more than welcome to bring them and ride the trails during your stay at the ranch.
Dogs
$15 per night per dog.  There is a fenced area next to the house for "Fido."
Horses
$25 per night per horse during your stay at the ranch.  Rate includes one stall per horse, dry storage room for your hay, tack room to store your tack, access to wash area, and a shared paddock out the backdoor of each stall.  In addition, there is a flat up front fee of $40 to clean & re-shave each stall used (no outside shavings)
Policies & Cancellations
Cash and credit cards accepted, all prices are subject to change.  Smoking is permitted outside the ranch house, if butts are picked up.  We are a pet-friendly ranch, we ask that when they are in the house they  are not left unattended.  Advance deposit will be returned when cancellation notice is given at least 7 days prior to arrival date.  Check in time is 4:00 pm, check out time is 11:00 am.  Click here to read a complete list of our ranch rules and policies.
