Ranch House
Information
The house is a 3
bedroom, 3 bathroom ranch house with all the
amenities you have at home. You only
need to pack your overnight bag, we have thought of
everything you will need to make your stay
comfortable. The ranch house sleeps 10
people. The master suite has a king size bed
and full bath. The guest bedroom has a queen
size bed and the Bunk room has two bunk
beds (twin over full). Each bedroom has their own
full bath a few steps down the hall.
The kitchen is fully
furnished with coffeemaker, teapot, pots, pans,
stove, refrigerator,
microwave, glassware, dishes, silverware, linens,
serving bowls, cooking utensils, misc. spices, knife
block, toaster, toaster oven, dishwasher, etc.
The living room is
spacious with leather furnishings and a beautiful
stone fireplace. You can put your feet up and
read a good book, watch Direct TV or head into town and rent a DVD to
watch on the televisions. There is no
telephone or internet connection in the house, we
want you to get away from those everyday hassles!
We also have a 1,000
sq. ft. air-conditioned game room in the barn that
the whole family can enjoy. It has a pool
table, a ping pong table, a 22 ft shuffleboard, a
pinball machine, and an arcade machine, a bar,
leather sofa, card table & chairs and a 50 inch HD
plasma to watch the all important football games
that may come on when you are staying at the ranch!
Their is a front and
back porch that you can enjoy. The back porch
faces the horse pasture, so you can sit and enjoy a
cup of coffee and watch the pasture horses graze.

3-bedroom Ranch house, your home away from home! Combined Living, Dining & Kitchen
This home will sleep 10 people comfortably. The great room of the living, dining and kitchen gives way to an open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining. We have Direct TV, a VCR and DVD player. Or sit down in the leather massaging chair and have a massage while reading a good book. The kitchen comes with all the amenities of home. You need only pack your overnight bag, we have tried to think of everything you would need to cook a meal in the large kitchen. The king size bed in the Master Bedroom has a Tempur-Pedic mattress. Very comfortable! The Master Bedroom has Direct TV, along with a DVD player and lots of storage. The Master Bath comes with a large shower, tub and two sinks. There is also a large connected walk-in closet through the two doors shown. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed with a Tempur-Pedic mattress. The closet is large with lots of hanging space. The Guest bedroom has it's own bath down the hall. It has a large walk-in stone tiled shower. Perfect for families! The bunk room contains two twin over full bunks. Will sleep 6. The room also has a large walk-in closet to accomodate everyone's clothes. The Bunk room has it's own bath down the hall. It is a mirror image of the Guest bedroom bath. Sit out on the porch in the morning and enjoy your coffee while watching the horses in the pasture graze. Very relaxing! Shuffleboard, ping pong, pool table, arcade machines, foosball, 50" HD satellite TV, all this spells...."The Man Cave!" Three of the six flags of Texas! Three of the six flags of Texas! Enjoy watching a football game on the 50" HD satellite TV or have a drink at the bar while "Bevo" looks on!
